Orders & Payment

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Apple Pay. All payments are processed securely through Stripe.

We begin processing orders quickly, so changes aren’t always possible. Contact us at support@sculpturesly.com as soon as possible and we’ll do our best to accommodate your request.

No. You can check out as a guest. Creating an account lets you track orders, save addresses, and manage your wishlist.

Absolutely. We never store your card details. All transactions are handled by Stripe with full PCI-DSS compliance and SSL encryption.

Shipping & Delivery

Standard shipping is €9.95, or free on orders over €99. Express shipping is available for €19.95. See our Shipping & Delivery page for full details.

Standard delivery takes 5–8 business days. Express delivery takes 2–3 business days. International orders may take longer depending on the destination.

Yes. We ship across the EU with no additional customs charges. For non-EU destinations, local import duties may apply at the time of delivery.

You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking link once your order ships. You can also check your order status from your account dashboard.

Returns & Refunds

You can return any item within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging. See our Returns & Refunds page for the full policy.

Email support@sculpturesly.com with your order number and reason for return. We’ll send you a prepaid return label within one business day.

Once we receive and inspect your return, the refund is processed within 5–7 business days. It may take an additional 3–10 days to appear on your statement, depending on your bank.

Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage. We’ll arrange a free return and send a replacement or issue a full refund — your choice.

Products & Care

Yes. Our sculptures are handcrafted by skilled artisans. Because each piece is made by hand, subtle variations in colour, texture, and dimension are natural and part of what makes every sculpture unique.

Dust regularly with a soft, dry cloth. Avoid placing sculptures in direct sunlight for extended periods. For resin and metal finishes, a lightly damp cloth works well. Do not use abrasive cleaners or chemicals.

Some sculptures are suitable for sheltered outdoor use. Check the product description for material and suitability details. Pieces in our Outdoor & Garden category are specifically designed for exterior display.

We occasionally work with our suppliers on bespoke commissions. Contact us at support@sculpturesly.com to discuss your requirements.
