Eligibility

To use Sculpturesly, you must meet the following requirements:

• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.
• All information you provide — including your name, email, shipping address, and payment details — must be accurate, current, and complete.
• You must not use the website for any unlawful or fraudulent purpose.

Account Responsibilities

If you create an account on Sculpturesly, you are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activity that occurs under it.

• Keep your password confidential and do not share it with anyone.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account, whether or not you authorised it.
• Notify us immediately at support@sculpturesly.com if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account.
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or are used fraudulently.

Products & Pricing

We take great care in presenting our products accurately, but please note the following:

• Product descriptions, images, and specifications are provided for informational purposes and may vary slightly from the actual item due to the handcrafted nature of our sculptures.
• All prices are listed in Euros (EUR) and include applicable VAT where required.
• We reserve the right to correct pricing errors at any time. If an error affects your order, we will contact you before processing.
• Product availability is not guaranteed. We may limit quantities or discontinue products without prior notice.

Orders & Payment

When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase the selected products. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order at our discretion.

• All payments are processed securely through Stripe. We do not store your card details.
• We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and Apple Pay.
• We may refuse or cancel orders for any reason, including suspected fraud, pricing errors, or product unavailability. In such cases, you will receive a full refund.
• Order confirmation emails serve as our acceptance of your offer. The contract is formed at that point.

Shipping & Delivery

We ship across Europe with care and attention to ensure your sculpture arrives safely. Delivery times vary depending on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout.

Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery. Once the carrier has delivered the package to the address provided, responsibility for the item transfers to you.

Returns & Refunds

We offer a 30-day return window from the date of delivery. Items must be unused, undamaged, and returned in their original packaging to qualify for a full refund.

To initiate a return, contact us at support@sculpturesly.com with your order number and reason for return.

Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including but not limited to text, images, photographs, graphics, logos, icons, product descriptions, page layouts, and software — is the property of Sculpturesly or its content suppliers and is protected by international copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, display, perform, or otherwise use any content from this website without our prior written consent. This includes downloading, scraping, or copying product images for use on other platforms or in print.

Limited personal, non-commercial use — such as saving a product image for your own reference — is permitted, provided no modifications are made and proper attribution is given.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law:

• This website and all products are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.
• Our total liability for any claim arising from your use of the website or purchase of products is limited to the total amount you paid for the specific order in question.
• We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill.
• We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to the website, and we are not responsible for delays, disruptions, or downtime caused by technical issues or third-party services.
