Orders & Payment

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Apple Pay. All payments are processed securely through Stripe — we never store your card details.
We begin processing orders quickly, so changes aren't always possible. Contact us as soon as possible and we'll do our best to accommodate your request. Once an order has shipped, it cannot be modified — but you can return it under our 30-day return policy.
No — you can check out as a guest. Creating an account lets you track orders, save multiple shipping addresses, build a wishlist, and leave reviews.
Yes. We occasionally run promotions and offer discount codes through our newsletter and social channels. You can apply a code at checkout. Subscribe to our newsletter to be the first to know.

Shipping & Delivery

We ship to 25 EU countries via DHL. Shipping costs depend on your destination and order weight. Here are some examples:
  • Netherlands: from €12.50
  • Belgium: from €16.00
  • Germany: from €13.50
  • France: from €26.00
  • Italy: from €29.50
  • Spain: from €30.00
  • Austria: from €20.00
These are starting rates for orders up to 20 kg (VAT excluded). Heavier orders and other destinations may differ. See our Shipping & Delivery page for the full rate table. We do not currently ship outside the EU.
Delivery times depend on your location. Most EU orders arrive within 1–8 business days:
  • Netherlands: 1–2 business days
  • Belgium, Germany, Austria: 2–3 business days
  • France, Ireland, Sweden, Denmark: 3 business days
  • Italy, Spain, Portugal: 3–5 business days
  • Eastern Europe (Romania, Bulgaria, Croatia): 3–8 business days
Every sculpture is carefully packed before dispatch — custom-fit crating, acid-free wrapping, and double-walled boxing to ensure your piece arrives in perfect condition.
You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with a DHL tracking link once your order is dispatched.
Each package holds up to 3 sculptures. Orders of 4–6 items ship as two packages, and 7–9 items as three packages. Shipping costs are calculated per package, so larger orders will see proportionally higher shipping fees. The exact cost is shown at checkout before you pay.

Returns & Refunds

You can return any item within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging. Return shipping is free — we provide a prepaid label. Custom or made-to-order pieces and items marked as final sale are non-returnable. See our Returns & Refunds page for the full policy.
Email us at support@sculpturesly.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll send you a prepaid return label and instructions within one business day. Repackage your sculpture in its original packaging and ship it back.
Once we receive and inspect your return, the refund is processed within 5–7 business days. The time it takes to appear on your statement depends on your payment method: 5–10 days for credit/debit cards, 3–5 days for Apple Pay, and 5–7 days for bank transfers.
Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage. We'll arrange a free return and send a replacement or issue a full refund — your choice. Every shipment is fully insured, so you're covered.

Products & Care

Yes. Our sculptures are handcrafted by skilled artisans using materials like bronze, resin, cast iron, porcelain, and hand-carved wood. Because each piece is made by hand, subtle variations in colour, texture, and dimension are natural — they're part of what makes every sculpture unique.
General care is simple — dust regularly with a soft, dry cloth and avoid prolonged direct sunlight. For specific materials:
  • Bronze: wipe with a dry or lightly damp cloth. Avoid chemicals that may strip the patina.
  • Resin & MGO: a lightly damp cloth works well. Keep away from heat sources.
  • Cast iron: keep dry to prevent rust. For outdoor pieces, a thin coat of wax helps protect the finish.
  • Porcelain & ceramics: handle with care. Clean with a soft damp cloth — no abrasive cleaners.
Never use harsh chemicals or abrasive pads on any sculpture.
Some materials are better suited for outdoor use than others. Cast iron and certain bronze pieces work well in sheltered outdoor settings. Resin and porcelain are best kept indoors or in fully covered areas. Check the product description for material details and suitability. For cast iron outdoors, applying a protective wax coating will help extend its life.
We occasionally take on bespoke commissions — contact us to discuss your requirements. Note that custom and made-to-order pieces are non-returnable.

Log in and go to your address book. You can add, edit, or remove saved addresses at any time. Changing a saved address won't affect orders that have already been placed.

Every piece goes through a multi-step verification process: we vet all suppliers and artisan workshops, assess materials and production methods, and hand-inspect every sculpture before dispatch for defects, damage, and finish quality.
