We want you to be completely happy with your purchase. If a sculpture doesn’t meet your expectations, you may return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging.

How to Initiate a Return

    Contact our team

    Email support@sculpturesly.com with your order number and the reason for your return.

    Receive your return label

    We’ll send you a prepaid shipping label and packing instructions within one business day.

  3. 3

    Pack and ship

    Repackage the sculpture in its original packaging and drop it off at the nearest carrier location.

  4. 4

    Receive your refund

    Once we receive and inspect the item, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days.

Refund Details

Refunds are issued to your original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider:

  • Credit / debit card — 5–10 business days after processing
  • Apple Pay / Google Pay — 3–5 business days after processing
  • Bank transfer — 5–7 business days after processing

You will receive a confirmation email once your refund has been processed.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your sculpture arrives damaged or with a defect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Include photos of the damage and your order number. We’ll arrange a free return and send a replacement or issue a full refund — whichever you prefer.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

  • Custom or made-to-order sculptures
  • Items marked as final sale
  • Items returned without original packaging or in damaged condition (not caused in transit)
